Artistic Collaborators
What distinguishes our children's book company from others is not only good storytelling, but the unique type of artistic collaborations we are engaging in with exceptional visual and textile artists. These collaborations allow our stories, poetry and educational reading material to be enhanced to the highest level of artistic integrity and creativity, which we believe ultimately enriches the reading experience and fosters an appreciation for the arts.
Featured below are artistic collaborators who are currently working on book projects or marketing materials with us. We invite you to learn more about their work and other projects through their bios and personal websites. Enjoy!

Amy Burdette
From an early age, I have loved experimenting with a wide variety of art mediums and subject matter. I admired the skill of artists such as Norman Rockwell, for his ability to tell a story through his art, and Salvador Dali for his fine brush strokes. In 2004, I graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Visual Art Studies. I have continued working with many different materials to find out what I enjoy most. My latest works have been in oils and acrylic on canvas, but I also specialize in pen and ink and colored pencil drawings. My professional experience includes, but is not limited to, painting landscape murals and family portraits, designing company logos and t-shirt graphics, and illustrating children’s text books. While the majority of my business has been from creating commissioned art pieces, I look forward to expanding my business in the future to include selling non-commissioned art. Please visit my website at www.abb-originals.com for more information and to view my portfolio.

I have been pursuing 2D illustrations as well as 3D digital and non-digital sculptures throughout my years in higher education. My focus in the past was traditional painting, but now I choose to work on computer-generated art. I am a graduate of Full Sail University with a degree in Computer Animation and I currently work at a Visual Effects studio modeling props and characters for film and commercial projects. On the side I enjoy pencil work, traditional and digital painting, concept work and maquette sculpting. I hope to pursue my career further within 3D and 2D illustrations. Feel free to look around my website for more information at wilkinsoncg.com to view my demo reel and portfolio.
